I so excited that you are interested in choosing me to document your family! I believe in real moments and capturing some of the biggest moments in your lives. In the kinds of images that remind you of the joy that can be found in the simplest of moments together. I believe in images that are itching to be printed, placed in beautiful frames and hung on walls for years to come.
My job is about connecting with people and having them become more than just clients, but lifelong friends. Telling stories has always been my favorite, but words tend to get lost or forgotten so I tell them the best way I know how, through my lens. And with that, your memories comes to life years after the season is over with photos hung on the walls generations after you. I believe your story is unique and deserves to be told. It would be the biggest honor to tell it. Photography has been incredibly life-giving to me over the past 5 years and I am so thrilled to possibly be a part of this special season of your life.

After photographing many portrait sessions over the past few years, I have found that I am not the perfect fit for every family. That’s why this process begins with a conversation. I want to hear everything—how you met, funny first date stories, and how y’all got engaged.
We’ll get to know one another, talk about the details of your day, answer any questions you might have about working with us and figure out if we’re the best fit for each other.
LET's CONNECT
Once your date is reserved, we'll connect to start chatting about possible locations for your session. We generally recommend choosing one location and if it's a place you haven't been before, it might be helpful to visit during the time our session will take place. That way you have an idea of the light, crowds, closing time, etc! If you're not sure about where you would like to take your photos but you have a general idea of the look you would like, just let us know because we would be happy to recommend a few locations based on your aesthetic!
LOCATION
If picking out outfits for photos takes you back to your high school days when you literally tried on everything in your closet and piled it on your bed but still felt like you had nothing to wear, you're in luck.
We put together an extensive outfit suggestion guide with tips for every member of the family (even Fido!)
waRDROBE STYLING
On the day of your session, we'll connect to make sure the weather still looks like it's going to corporate. We'll exchange numbers and finalize our meeting location. Please plan for your session to take about two hours from start to finish.
The SEssion
All images from our sessions are typically delivered within about two weeks of the shoot date via an online gallery. This gallery will allow you to share your favorites with family, order prints and even download images to share on social media.
Your gallery will remain active for six weeks.
DELIVERY
We are proud to offer our clients a variety of ways to turn their images into keepsakes. Wall-mounted canvas prints to decorate your home, beautiful handmade albums and more.
And we offer a lifetime guarantee on all our products so you never have to worry about the quality of your investments fading over time! What a special way to remember this season you’re in!

Please note that the session investment covers the cost of the session itself, detailed editing of 10

Portrait sessions are scheduled Monday-Friday.
Includes 6 months, 12 months and 18 months
This package includes 10 edited color and black/white images per session and a 3 photo composite image and print after your last portrait session

these stunning heirloom portraits. These portraits are true works of art and capture the innocence of childhood, creating beautiful, heirloom portraits of your little one. There is no doubt - these images will be treasured for generations to come.
These sessions are ideal for babies who can sit well independently, through elementary
age. Sessions take place in your home in a room with the most natural light and soft colored walls. The session fee includes a 20-25 minute portrait sitting for one child, the editing of 10 final portrait proofs in both color and black and white.
Your gallery will be linked directly to a print ordering form where you can choose the
perfect size prints for your works of art. Prints are delivered on high quality, fine art photographic paper to ensure the highest quality prints of your final images.

With the growth of online shops, shopping for your littles is more fun than ever! I recommend choosing color families (neutrals, blues, etc) over perfectly matching outfits. If you're looking for some inspiration or some of our favorite shops for kids, check out the link to our Pinterest boards below!
For the Littles
When picking outfits we recommend keeping in mind the word “complement” rather than “match.” For example, if Dad is wearing a blue and pink pastel plaid shirt, Mom may want to choose a long, soft blue dress. It can also be a great idea to choose “color-families,” such as pastels or jewel tones.

The sooner the better! Weekdays are available - the sooner you reach out, the more likely you are to get your desired date!
To reserve your date, we'll need a contract as well as a deposit. And if something comes up and you need to change your date, just let me know!
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE BOOK?
Unless you've modeled professionally, you're probably going to feel awkward in front of the camera. Heck, I take photos for a living and I have even feel like a deer in the headlights when I've in front of the camera.
You're going to feel awkward at first, but as the session goes on and I coach you through images, I think you'll find that being photographed can actually be fun. And don't worry about your kids. I am well versed in capturing even the busiest of little ones.
We're Awkward and my kids don't sit still.
Typically newborn sessions are in the client's home. To get that light and airy look, you'll need at least 1 room with lots of natural light and neutral soft colored walls.
For maternity, family, milestone, motherhood portrait sessions, these are usually photographed outdoors in a space with lots of greenery. If you need ideas I have lots of shooting locations to recommend!
Where should we photograph?
Within a three weeks of your session, you'll receive a link to a digital gallery that will allow you to download high resolution images. For rush orders, turn around is one week for additional fee.
The gallery is also set up to make ordering prints, canvases and other keepsakes as easy as turning on a Roomba to clean your floors.
